SHIPPING:

Any in stock items generally ship within 1-2 business days. All custom built holsters will be subject to a lead time and that lead time can vary due to demand. We will generally update the lead times on custom work and that will be displayed on those product pages. Holsters, components and apparel will ship USPS unless another shipping method is chosen at checkout.

All Microtech products ship FedEx ground/home delivery. FedEx 2nd day and standard overnight options are available if reduced transit times are necessary. All Microtech orders over $199 will ship signature required. We cannot be responsible for package theft and signature required can be requested for any value purchase as well as carrier insurance for any value item.

RETURNS:

We check every knife before it leaves to insure it is working properly and check for any imperfections. A return is considered any order cancellation one the order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been issued. There will be a 10% restock fee on any returned item unless there was a mistake on our part or there is a qualifying warranty issue. Return shipping in not included in the restock fee and will be the buyers responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. An RMA number will be issued for returned items and after delivery and inspection, a refund will be issued if returned products are in new/unused condition. **All Microtech products returns must be initiated within 3 days of receipt of purchase** All knife sales over $700 are final so please contact us with any questions BEFORE placing an order at or above that price level. Unless specifically stated in the listing, the serial numbered knife you receive will not be the exact one that is in the picture due to stocking multiple units of that particular listed item. No refunds will be issued for different serial numbers. Warranty issues are handled by the manufacturer and would be the responsibility of the buyer to return to the manufacturer on defective items. The buyer must be aware of their local laws and we cannot be responsible for you not knowing, no returns/refunds based on you not knowing your local laws.
