These are SpeedEase belt clips. They are sold as a matched left and right-hand pair and can be used for holsters to set up weapon draw on either side. SpeedEase belt clips work similar to pancake loops and/or belt wings, but have the advantage of allowing the user to clip them on over the belt without having to remove it. This model is the 1.50 inch version and will fit belts up to 1.50 inches in width.
